As part of our Associate Recruitment team-responsible for attracting, screening, and referencing thousands of teacher applications each year-you'll help ensure candidates have a seamless journey. This team is critical to maintaining high standards of customer care and meeting fluctuating demand.
In this role, you'll process applications, manage candidate enquiries and ensure records are accurate using tools like Microsoft Dynamics and Power BI. You'll also collaborate with colleagues across departments to assess candidate suitability, support recruitment campaigns, and organise activities such as assessment centres. By providing insights and adapting processes based on feedback, you'll play a key part in enhancing recruitment strategies.

What do I need to be successful?
Previous experience in a customer-facing role delivering high-quality service.
Attention to detail and data-driven decision-making skills.
Knowledge of recruitment and/or people processes.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities, whilst showing flexibility and ability to exercise own judgement for priority setting
A proactive approach to managing tasks and setting priorities.
Ability to provide constructive feedback and contribute to process improvements based on candidate and team input.
Be results focused: make pragmatic decisions and be comfortable switching between tasks as needed.
